Ambré and Apples

Ingredients

• 50 ml Noilly Prat Ambré
• Chilled Sassy Cider®
• 1 Twist of lemon
• Small ice spheres

Method

1. Build drink over small ice spheres (or cubed ice) in a highball glass.
2. Stir and garnish with a zest of fresh lemon.
